Position: Mental Health Counselor

Location: Richmond

Department: Life Changers Mental Health and Supportive Services of VA, Inc

As a Counselor you will establishes a therapeutic relationship with assigned clients.  You will be responsible for the overall guidance, direction, and supervision of the clients.  The Counselor performs routine duties in the care, education, and treatment of clients including: overseeing physical care, development of acceptable habits and attitudes, management of client behavior and assisting them in reaching their goals and objectives of their treatment plan.

Position requires a Bachelors Degree in the Human Services field with 1 year clinical counseling experience working with at-risk youth and adults.  Must be flexable with your work schedule and able to work some nights and weekends.
