Yes Behavioral Health's programs operate within state licensing in all program locations where direct child welfare, mental health/mental retardation and educational services are provided to children and their families. YES Behavioral Health's mental health programs are licensed by the Virginia Department Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. The Life Coach Academy licensed by the Virginia Department of Education.
